cocomintbeauty is an early-stage K-beauty startup expanding from TikTok Shop to omnichannel e-commerce. With no existing website, SEO, or web traffic, I was brought on to build a production-ready Shopify storefront from the ground up and establish the brand's digital presence beyond social media, all on an aggressive 1-month launch timeline.
